Meaning: sissy boy - term used by country folk to describe a male with a preppy dress style; for folks who are extra country, it may be used to describe any male that does not exhibit country traits such as having a goatee or pickup truck, liking nascar, being into hunting and fishing, etc.
Graham: Hey guys, could you flip over to golf for a couple minutes?

That boy is a sisseh boy and lives right next door to Richard Simmons. Before they play tennis they call each other on the phone so they will look alike. They so sassy!!
