Meaning: Rick Santorum
How does that Rick Sanitarium feller expect to govern an entire country when he cain't even govern the hair on the back of his head? He's always got a few random strands curlin' owrt awl funky and goin' in different directions. Either comb it or cut it, hauss; or make the full commitment n' just grow it long back yonder.

Me and old Rick have the same problem, something ain't right on the top of our heads.
Ole Rick is probably a nice guy, but he sure likes himself a lot, kinda like ole Rush and Bill O'Reiley. But I woould rather have any of these ole boys instead of BidenJoeBama.
